Charles manages development of both multifamily and townhomes for Highpoint. His responsibilities include project sourcing, design and execution. In his previous role at Pollack Shores, Charles managed a number garden-style and mid-rise developments in the Atlanta MSA.

Charles holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University. He enjoys playing golf, Atlanta sports, and spending time with friends and family.
