Chris McGuire is a member of the Development team at Highpoint. Chris has over 12 years of Construction experience from a combination of General Contracting, Construction Management, and Development. Prior to joining Highpoint, Chris was a Senior Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) on their Professional Development Services (PDS) – Development team, where he managed an array of multiple project types and team members from project conception to project completion. His last project, Chris held the role of Project Executive for a $200mm+ Senior Living project. Chris also spent 8 years as a General Contractor building different asset types, equipping him with the knowledge and skill set to be able to successfully run a project under budget and on schedule.

Chris is a graduate of Georgia Southern with a B.S. in Construction Management with emphasis in Commercial Construction.
