Highpoint is a multifamily development firm specializing in Class A projects focused in the Southeastern United States. Our projects are results-driven and showcase our honed strategic execution, allowing us to structure creative deals that take advantage of market opportunities. Since 2019, Highpoint has developed, leased and/or sold 29 projects totaling more than 6,450 units and $1.4 billion of total asset value. Our office is located in the Buckhead/Midtown area. We have a strong portfolio in the Atlanta and surrounding area and are starting to expand into Florida. We are a fast paced, high-energy company with an entrepreneurial mindset.
