Middleburg Multifamily is a 333-unit, class A garden style apartment community situated on a 21-acre site in Middleburg, Florida (Jacksonville MSA), which is a rapidly growing suburb located approximately 30 miles south of Downtown Jacksonville. The project is situated along Blanding Boulevard / State Road 21 in Clay County and will benefit from its proximity to demand drivers such as Oakleaf Plantation, Ascension St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Orange Park Medical Center, and Cecil Commerce Center, among others.
