United Ave is a mixed-use development consisting of 228 class A apartments and 63 rental townhomes in Atlanta, GA. The project is situated on 8.29 acres with access to the Southside Beltline Trail providing easy access to Atlanta’s premier lifestyle, retail and dining scene. The development has also been approved for the Brownfield Tax Credit Program for the voluntary clean up and redevelopment of an environmentally contaminated site.
