Ben Longmire

With a focus on pre-construction, Ben leads a talented group of development managers and construction managers at Highpoint. His role includes high level involvement during the pre-development phase, assembling the right project team, managing design, budgets, timelines, mitigating risk, and delivering a project to construction for successful execution.

Ben has over 20 years of experience in construction and development. Most recently as Director of Construction for RaceTrac, where he built and led teams responsible for new store development, remodels, and other special projects across the Southeast. Prior to that he spent 10 years on the general contractor side, managing commercial construction projects of all shapes and sizes.

Ben is a dedicated husband and father of two. He is active in his community and enjoys coaching baseball. He also loves to fish and can often be found on campus cheering on his Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
