Chris McGuire

Chris McGuire is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Chris has over 12 years of Construction experience from a combination of general contracting, construction management, and development. Prior to joining Highpoint, Chris was a Senior Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) on their Professional Development Services (PDS) – Development team, where he managed multiple project types and team members from project inception to project completion. On his last project, Chris held the role of Project Executive for a $200mm+ senior living project. Chris also spent 8 years as a general contractor, building different asset types, which equipped him with the knowledge and skill set to successfully run a project under budget and on schedule.

Chris is a graduate of Georgia Southern with a BS in Construction Management and an emphasis in Commercial Construction.
