Elliot Van Dyke

Elliot leads development efforts at Highpoint, directing activities across a wide range of sourcing, financing, development, and asset management initiatives. Prior to joining Highpoint, Elliot spent most of his career in corporate banking, most recently with Truist Securities, working with real estate developers, private real estate funds, and both public and private REITs.

Elliot holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Finance from UNC Charlotte.
