Elliot Van Dyke

Elliot leads development activities at Highpoint. He is responsible for a wide range of sourcing, financing, development, and asset management pursuits. Previously, Elliot spent most of his career in corporate banking, most recently with Truist Securities, where he has over 7 years of experience covering real estate developers, private real estate funds, and both public and private REITs.

Elliot holds a BS in Finance from Clemson University and a MS in Finance from UNC Charlotte.
