Kern Carlton

Kern is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Prior to joining Highpoint, Kern spent time on the development team at Rangewater Real Estate and as an analyst with the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Atlanta.

Kern holds a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler. Outside of work, Kern enjoys playing golf, skiing, watching football, and spending time with friends and family.
