Mason Gaines

Mason is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Prior to joining Highpoint, he spent over six years with Mill Creek Residential Trust, most recently as a Project Manager overseeing large-scale multifamily developments primarily in Atlanta with additional oversight in Charlotte and Nashville. His experience spans the full project lifecycle including design development, preconstruction, construction execution, and closeout across a range of product types such as high-rise, podium, and wrap-style communities.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, Atlanta sports, and spending time with friends and family.
