Mason Gaines

Mason is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Prior to joining Highpoint, he spent over six years with Mill Creek Residential Trust, most recently as a Project Manager overseeing large-scale multifamily developments primarily in Atlanta with additional oversight in Charlotte and Nashville. His experience spans the full project lifecycle including design development, preconstruction, construction execution, and closeout across a range of product types such as high-rise, podium, and wrap-style communities.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University and is on track to earn his Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech in December 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, Atlanta sports, and spending time with friends and family.
