Tim Williams

Tim Williams leads the construction team at Highpoint and has more than 10 years of experience in construction management and owner’s representation across multifamily and commercial projects. He works closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to support projects through all phases of construction, with a focus on coordination, budgeting, scheduling, processes, and execution.

Over the past three years, Tim has been involved primarily in multifamily development, contributing to the delivery of residential communities while supporting project teams throughout the construction process. His earlier experience in retail construction provides additional perspective in managing schedule-driven projects and diverse stakeholder groups.

Tim holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
