Tim Williams

Tim Williams is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Tim has 7 years of construction experience as a construction manager and owner’s representative. Prior to joining Highpoint, Tim was a Lead Construction Manager at RaceTrac Inc. where he managed the construction project lifecycle of nearly 50 retail sites throughout the Southeast. Tim gained valuable experience on site design, budgeting, and execution of the construction process.

Tim holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
