Tyler Gaines

Tyler oversees the strategy and direction of Highpoint with an extensive knowledge of both traditional multifamily and build-for-rent developments. Prior to Highpoint, Tyler worked as Vice President of Development at Pollack Shores where he ran the Atlanta development portfolio. He is well versed in managing developments and acquisitions, particularly in complex, urban settings and complicated, mixed-use projects.

Tyler holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is actively involved in the community and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
