Jake French

Jake is a member of the development team at Highpoint, where he is responsible for design management, pre-development, and deal execution across the firm’s project pipeline. He leads projects from early feasibility and entitlement through design coordination, underwriting support, due diligence, and closing, ensuring developments are both technically sound and financially viable.

Previously, Jake was a Development Manager for Stein Investment Group, working on climate-controlled self-storage projects throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Before transitioning into real estate development, Jake spent 10 years on the general contractor side, specializing in heavy infrastructure projects across the U.S.

Jake holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, traveling, sports, and spending time with friends and family.
